Respite
Program
The agency provides In-Home respite for children residing
at home with relatives and diagnosed with mental retardation and
developmental disabilities. The worker provides supervision for the child
while the family is away from home.
Medicaid
Service Coordination (MSC)
The Service Coordinator coordinates all services for the
families who take care of children with mental retardation and
developmental disabilities and ensures that their needs are met. Makes Home
Visits on a monthly basis or as needed. Advocate on behalf of the families
and refers the families for other services as needed. For further

In-Home Residential Habilitation Service
Residential Habilitation Worker assists the consumers with
mental retardation to become more independent and/or to improve their

After School Programs
The organization offers 2 different after school programs
at different site or location: One after school for children functioning on
a level at the age appropriate. Another after school for children diagnosed
with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.
The classes meet on Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM.
The program is designed to provide: Tutoring, Homework
Assistance, Recreational Activities, Snack and Support to enable youth to
succeed academically through an after school setting program to prevent
child delinquency and school dropout with the aim to achieve improvement in
reading, writing and math.
